  • STORY:
    • Produced in an artisanal distillery in Kyoto, Japan, KI NO BI, which means "the beauty of the seasons", celebrates the history and culture of this city.
    • The Kyoto distillery was created in 2014 by the three founders: Noriko Kakuda Croll, David Croll and Marcin Miller. The company is relatively new, but the founders' journey to build one of the most innovative distilleries in the world began two decades ago in the spirits sector, particularly whisky.
    • Longtime gin lovers, building the Kyoto distillery is their new challenge. After 2 years of research, Ki No Bi gin was born in October 2016

 

 

  • PREPARATION:
    • Made from botanicals mainly from Kyoto prefecture, in collaboration with many artisans in the city: Yellow Yuzu, Sansho pepper, Uji gyokuro tea, Shiso
    • 11 botanicals in total: Juniper Berries, Iris, Hinoki Wood Chips, Yellow Yuzu, Yellow Lemon, Sancho, Kinome, Ginger, Tea, Shiso, Bamboo Leaves
    • Blended with renowned Fushimi water
