Archibald, the time of a batch, reinvents itself a second time to better assert its identity as a distilled tonic. It is therefore with the same audacity that our Master Distiller explores other facets of his know-how, this time with distillates from wild gentian roots and fresh ginger.
The result ?
a refined alternative to ginger beer, less sweet and more complex
spicy notes of fresh ginger enhanced by the freshness of gentian
very fine bubbles which make Archibald a more sparkling than effervescent tonic
 
Mainly local ingredients with wild gentian from Auvergne and fresh ginger from a farm in Indre et Loire. Unpublished!
