Philosophy : 
Nourished by the traditions of South-West France, the artisanal distillery Du Grand Nez produces characterful, organic and eco-responsible gins.
The name of the distillery comes from the nickname given to King Henri IV, emblematic character of the city of Nérac
The 100% organic dry gins of Du Grand Nez are distinguished by a subtle aromatic palette and character.
 
 
Elaboration: 
All the production takes place in their offices in Nérac, it is done according to the seasons, the fruits being picked at optimal maturity, they do not go through the cold, they are used for distillation immediately, guaranteeing pure and intense aromas.
The Gins are guaranteed without added sugar, without artificial flavors and without filtration in order not to alter the taste of the ingredients that make up the bottle.
 
Tasting:
To the eye: A crystalline color that may show a slight haze at low temperatures.
Nose: A gourmet fragrance of caramelized fruits, stewed apples and pears
Taste: The attack is frank and the length delicate. Ginger brings a lively and fruity freshness. The iris root confers the finesse of a delicately woody fragrance mixed with notes of mimosa.
