Philosophy:  
Blue Denim or organic gin from Nîmes is an organic Mediterranean gin created by Ingrid Lopez and Numa Cornut, great gin lovers. The name of the gin is also the contraction of "de Nîmes" from which they originate!
This gin is an unprecedented journey offered by this recipe developed in the philosophy of its creators: from organic, local raw materials of superior quality, inspired by their experience in viticulture.
 
Production:  
All the ingredients were therefore distilled separately by a master distiller in a steam-heated Charentais-style still in "small-batch" small quantity. 
We thus select only the best, the heart of the toast, for an aromatic result of great complexity, balanced and low in alcohol, all reduced with reverse osmosis water to preserve all the purity of the gin.
 
 
     Tasting:
 
This gin offers a fresh nose with citrus and resinous aromas.
On the palate, Blue Denim is unique and greedy harmonized with pine needles and flowers. A final note,  punctuated with salicornia which brings length in the mouth and by Camargue fleur de sel.
