Philosophy : 
Originally, a passion for the plant! Always fascinated by the plant, its culture and its virtues, the founder of Awen Nature has forged over the years a real know-how in the artisanal production of plant alcohol (Absinthe, Gin and other spirits).

Handcrafted: Awen Nature's artisanal spirits are made from distilled organic alcohol. Because Nature brings us its flavors, its fragrances and its colors, their products do not contain any preservatives or artificial colorings.
 
 
GIN MIST gets its taste from distilled juniper berries. Lemongrass gives it a very pleasant fresh note. Other plants are also present for the assembly of a warm aroma such as hops, coriander and angelica root. The specific assembly of these quality plants clouds the gin after distillation, which is why it has been baptized GIN MIST (fog).
Production:  A 48-hour maceration of juniper berries, wild hops, coriander, lemongrass and angelica root, followed by simple distillation in a still in a bain-marie
 
Tasting:
In the mouth: A very soft gin carried on the juniper berry, in the first mouth. A slight bitterness in the second mouth softened by lemongrass which gives Mist a floral side
Thanks to its powerful and penetrating aroma, the gin Mist can be enough on its own... or can be accompanied by a tonic or a lemonade with a simple slice of lemon (ideally organic).
