Philosophy : 
Located in Biarritz on the Basque coast, the URA SPIRITS distillery, which takes its name from water, "ura" in Basque, which comes to refresh regularly our summers… and spirits, “ spirits ” in English, which also refresh us with pleasure!
Ura Spirits, which can be translated as eau de vie, in French this time, aims to mix both tradition and modernity.
What Dorian seeks above all is the quality of the raw materials, in order to offer top-of-the-range products.
HAIZE GIN is inspired by the brouillarta, a storm at the end of the summer day that is both powerful and sweet, iodized and refreshing.
 
 
Elaboration: 
Ura spirits owes its originality to its distillation under vacuum and at low temperature, a technique that saves time and energy.
The goal is not to produce in large quantities, but to guarantee better quality with respected aromas.
​ Botanicals: Juniper (berry), Coriander (seed), Iris (root), Lemon (zest), Lime (zest), Grapefruit (zest), Laurie (leaf), Thyme, Rosemary , Mate (leaf), Sage, Sencha, Tonka Bean, Honey
Rectification water: Mineral water from the Pyrenees  drawn from 1100 meters above sea level and having a very low mineral content.
 
 
Tasting:
On the palate: With a fresh attack, on juniper, citrus… We also quickly notice the sage with slightly minty notes. The body is marked by the complexity of green botanicals, such as bay leaf, mate… In the finish, the tonka bean expresses its roundness and length while the honey gives a gourmet and delicate “sugar-free sweetness”.
