Crafted from fresh organic French ginger roots and organic wild gentian,
it offers a clean, structured expression of ginger, without excess sugar.

Botanicals & Craft
Fresh organic French ginger roots, sourced directly from a small producer in the Berry region,
combined with wild gentian from Auvergne, hand-harvested by our foragers.
The ginger is slowly macerated in glass demijohns to preserve its freshness and aromatic complexity, while the gentian is distilled separately.
The different extracts are then precisely blended in our distillery,
before an artisanal carbonation with exceptionally fine bubbles.
