LA RÉSERVE ARCHIBALD
La Réserve Archibald —exceptional exploratory non-alcoholic cuvées
Hors du Commun creations, shaped by time, instinct, and the unexpected.
Beyond rules, beyond categories
La Réserve Archibald is a territory of free expression.
Here, there are no fixed recipes, no stylistic constraints.
An exploratory savoir-faire, inherited from nearly 200 years of distilling,
where botanicals, wood, time, and intuition converge — guided solely by taste.
Each cuvée is conceived as a singular tasting experience,
distilled, blended, and sometimes matured,
according to the most demanding standards of gastronomy and sommellerie.
Rare, limited, often under allocation,
these cuvées are created for those who enjoy stepping off the beaten path.

First Reserve — Aged in Cask
The first barrel-aged non-alcoholic cuvée — born of audacity and time.
Exclusive by nature.
Produced in micro-batches.
Under allocation.
Craft & Botanicals
For this first La Réserve cuvée, our Master Distiller took a radical step aside:
applying to non-alcoholic creation the codes of ageing,
traditionally reserved for great spirits.
Wild gentian from Auvergne, fresh and dry,
subtly lifted by bergamot.
The botanicals are macerated and distilled separately,
then blended before a 100-day ageing in new oak casks, custom toasted.
A deep toast, known as “crocodile”,
revealing smoky, toasted, and warm notes.
A first in the world of non-alcoholic gastronomy.
Certifications: Organic · Sustainable Gentian · B Corp

Tasting Profile
Warm • Bitter • Luminous
Gentian is amplified, structured by wood and time.
Smoky notes, rare aromatic depth, and a length usually reserved for aged spirits.
On the palate, the attack is precise, ample, and vertical.
The finish is long, woody, and persistent — powerful without heaviness.
A true sipping tonic with singular complexity.

Two ways to enjoy
Non-alcoholic — a contemplative tasting experience
To be savoured on its own, like a noble bitter or a non-alcoholic sipping spirit.
A slow experience, carried by wood, silence, and length on the palate.
The sommelier’s recommendation for a gastronomic alcohol-free service:
Serve between 8°C and 10°C (46–50°F), without ice, in a wine glass.
Finish with one turn of the pepper mill, choosing a deep, powerful pepper
(smoked Kampot, long pepper from Java, or Jeerakiramundi).
With alcohol — to elevate spirits
A characterful lengthener that brings structure, freshness, and depth
to whiskies, cognacs, and bergamot liqueurs,
without ever masking their aromatics.
