Archibald, for the duration of a batch, reinvents itself a second time to better assert its identity as a soda produced by hand in a distillery. It is therefore with the same audacity that our Master Distiller explores other facets of his know-how, this time with distillates of wild gentian roots and fresh ginger.
The result ?
- a refined alternative to ginger beer, less sweet and more complex
- spicy notes of fresh ginger enhanced by the freshness of gentian
- very fine bubbles which make Archibald a soda more pearly than effervescent
Mostly local ingredients with wild gentian from Auvergne and fresh ginger from a farm in Indre et Loire. Unpublished!
