A Sipping Ginger Beer
crafted from fresh organic French ginger.
A refined alternative to classic Ginger Beers, with half the sugar, greater delicacy and remarkable complexity.
When fresh ginger reveals all its finesse, without ever burning the palate...
Alcohol-free, with ultra-fine bubbles, it showcases fresh ginger through a refined, balanced and gastronomic approach. Precise and delicate, it reveals all the freshness of fresh ginger without ever burning the palate.
Crafted to be enjoyed neat, well chilled, as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with oysters, gently spiced Asian cuisine... or unexpectedly alongside a strawberry tart.

Our Distilling know-how
A Ginger Beer crafted for tasting, not for sweetness.
Fresh organic ginger, sourced from our grower in the Berry region of France, is slowly macerated in glass demijohns to preserve all its aromatic finesse. Wild gentian is macerated and distilled separately in our custom-made copper still before a precise blending of the different extracts.
Nearly 200 years of distilling expertise dedicated to creating an alcohol-free Ginger Beer defined by its finesse, complexity, length on the palate and balance.
