The Complete Archibald Collection

On one side, three Non-Alcoholic Sipping Cuvées, crafted to be enjoyed neat, as an aperitif or at the table, while creating beautiful food pairings.

On the other, Sipping Tonic – The Original, the benchmark tonic, crafted to be enjoyed on its own or to lengthen the finest gins, cognacs, liqueurs… or even an espresso with elegance.

Four alcohol-free creations for tasting, defined by their freshness, aromatic complexity, balance and long finish, born from nearly 200 years of family distilling expertise in crafting spirits and mastering the art of bitters.

Four iconic creations. One signature.

Orange Amère

The French Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo, crafted from organic bitter bigarade orange and wild gentian.

Low in sugar, fresh and vibrant.

A tasting experience that unfolds in several stages: fresh orange aromas on the nose, followed by the first sensation on the palate, before an exceptional long finish that lingers with every sip.

Sipping Ginger Beer
Fresh organic French ginger, delicate, low in sugar, that never burns the palate.

With around half the sugar of a classic Ginger Beer, it reveals a delicate, gastronomic expression of fresh ginger.

A fresh, balanced and remarkably elegant cuvée.

La Réserve – Aged in Cask
The first non-alcoholic cuvée aged for 100 days in new oak casks.

Wild gentian and bergamot, shaped by wood and time.

Delicate smoky notes, rare depth and a long finish usually reserved for aged spirits.

Sipping Tonic – The Original

The reference Sipping Tonic, the creation that gave birth to Maison Archibald.

Crafted from wild gentian and wild juniper berries harvested in Auvergne, and made without quinine, it reveals rare botanical freshness, remarkable aromatic precision and an exceptional long finish.

Named France's Best Tonic by Le Figaro Vin, it is now served in more than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants across France and Japan.

Serving Inspirations

— Neat
As an aperitif, at the table, at the end of the day or throughout the evening.
Served well chilled (8°C) in a wine glass, each Archibald creation reveals its own distinctive personality.

To elevate the experience, they can be delicately enhanced with two twists of a pepper mill.

— Food Pairing

Orange Amère reveals its full elegance alongside Mediterranean, Italian and Spanish cuisine, grilled vegetables, burrata, Iberian ham, pavlova or crème brûlée.

Sipping Ginger Beer pairs beautifully with oysters and other seafood, lightly spiced Asian cuisine, strawberry tart or lemon cake.

La Réserve – Aged in Cask elevates foie gras, smoked or grilled fish, mushrooms and tiramisu.

— To Lengthen with Elegance
Sipping Tonic enhances the finest gins, cognacs, gentian liqueurs or even an Espresso Tonic, revealing their character without ever overpowering their aromatic expression.

The three Non-Alcoholic Sipping Cuvées can also be used in cocktails, bringing freshness, structure and aromatic complexity.
