Archibald- Alcohol-Free, Hors du Commun
Crafted from a noble distilling heritage

From our historic French distillery, founded in 1830.

More than artisanal, organic, and French.

Archibald is an alcohol-free, Hors du Commun collection, born from the noble craft of distillers and foragers — passionate, committed, and deeply connected to nature.
A collection composed of a Sipping Tonic, a Sipping Ginger Beer, and exceptional exploratory alcohol-free cuvées.

Acclaimed by Chefs and Sommeliers, Archibald is served by some of the finest Houses.

More than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants serve Archibald —
to lengthen a spirit such as gin,
or to offer their guests a true alcohol-free tasting experience.

MADE IN DISTILLERY

No quinine — but gentian root and juniper berries, patiently distilled, then blended with spring water by our Master Distiller.

It is within our distillery, founded in 1830, that our creations are born: Sipping Tonic, Sipping Ginger Beer, and Reserve Cuvées, crafted with the same noble expertise as a great spirit.

LA RÉSERVE — EXPLORING ALCOHOL-FREE EXPRESSIONS

Reinventing Archibald for the time of a single batch, to explore new alcohol-free expressions.
La Réserve cuvées are conceived as true tasting creations — distilled and blended in limited editions.

COMMITTED AND RESPONSIBLE

Behind Archibald lies a mission —a desire to move things forward, and to constantly do better, for people and for the environment.

This commitment runs through every aspect of our work:
from the design of our creations — organic quality, carefully balanced sugar levels, responsible packaging — to the way we work with our partners, our clients, and within our own territory, with clarity, integrity, and transparency.

Archibald is sustainable, shaped to belong fully to the world of tomorrow — because an Alcohol-Free, Hors du Commun creation must also be responsible and transparent.

A SINGULAR TASTING SIGNATURE

A COLLECTION OF COMPLEX AND REFINED NON-ALCOHOLIC CREATIONS:

Sipping Tonic · Sipping Ginger Beer · La Réserve Cuvées

A true gustatory statement — deliberately different from standardized, industrial alcohol-free drinks:

  • Complexity and refinement

  • Mastery of bitterness, bringing depth and structure

  • Exceptionally fine bubbles, for freshness and elegance

Enjoyed in cocktails or on its own, for a true alcohol-free tasting moment.

TWO USES: PURE OR AS A MIXER

With its precisely balanced bitterness and layered, elegant notes, all Archibald can be enjoyed on its own, served very cold, offering a genuine tasting experience without alcohol.

Its bitterness, herbal notes, and fine bubbles also make it an exceptional mixer
enhancing cocktails by acting as an elegant flavour enhancer and by enriching the overall aromatic complexity.

Archibald Original, the Sipping Tonic, is particularly acclaimed by gin & tonic lovers:
its bitterness never overwhelms the gin’s aromatics — it elevates them.
